Funnel analysis

Funnel analysis measures how many users complete each step of a defined sequence — for example, onboarding or checkout — and where they drop off. It surfaces the specific steps that lose the most users, which is where product changes have the largest impact. Funnels are usually built from tracked events and segmented by cohort or acquisition source.
