What it does#
The scheduled-only view of reports: everything running on a daily, weekly or monthly cadence, with each one's latest runs.
Reports are built in Analyze → Reports. This page is where you see which of them are on a schedule and whether that schedule is actually working — the same report manager, filtered to the scheduled ones.
When to use it#
As the check nobody performs and everybody needs. A scheduled report that silently stopped producing runs is worse than one that never existed, because its absence is not noticed — people assume no news is good news.
Reviewing this page monthly takes a minute and catches exactly that.
Workflow#
Check the latest run of every schedule
A gap in run history is the failure. Nothing announces it.
Confirm the cadence still matches the audience
A daily report that nobody opens should be weekly. Frequency is the usual reason reports stop being read.
Remove schedules nobody uses
Every unread scheduled report reduces the attention paid to the ones that matter.
Edit content in Analyze → Reports
Cadence and content are separate concerns; content lives there.
Permissions and prerequisites#
Requires at least one report with a schedule. Reports without one do not appear here.
Limits and edge cases#
A run can succeed and be empty. If the metrics behind a section have no data, the report is produced with nothing in it. Check the content of a run, not only that it ran.
Runs are subject to retention. Download anything you need to keep.
Scheduling is not alerting. A report arrives on a cadence whether or not anything happened. For "tell me when something is wrong", use Alerts.
Changing a report changes future runs only. Past runs are snapshots and stay as they were.
Troubleshooting#
A schedule has not run. Check that it is still enabled and that the report itself still exists.
Runs are empty. The metrics have no data for the period — verify in Events rather than adjusting the schedule.
