If you are here because something is not working, the fastest paths are usually:
Data is not arriving → SDK troubleshooting
A crash report is unreadable → symbolication, under Settings
Numbers look wrong rather than bad → SDK Health in Overview; a collection gap looks identical to a drop in usage
When you do contact support, include the SDK version, the React Native version, the platform, whether the new architecture is enabled, and a verbose log around initialisation. That set answers most of the first round of questions.
