In-app surveys, NPS, ratings prompts, and bug reports, each tied to the user and session so feedback sits next to the behavior that prompted it.

What user feedback gives you
In-app surveys, NPS, ratings prompts, and bug reports.
Bug reports that arrive with the evidence
A user files a report with one call and the session is attached automatically. Where replay is enabled the report carries a reference to it, so you watch what led to the failure instead of asking for steps to reproduce.
Surveys without a release
Audience, trigger and content are configured in the dashboard; the SDK evaluates the trigger on the client and renders the surface. No per-campaign code, so asking a new question does not mean shipping a build.
Ratings that do not ask unhappy users to review you
A rating campaign can route a high score to the store review prompt and a low score to a feedback form instead. The routing is configured in the dashboard, so the split is a setting rather than branching in your app.
